Pennsylvania Football Camps
Lancaster Bible College - Lancaster, Pennsylvania
The oldest inland city in the United States of America, snuggled along the north and west by the mighty Susquehanna River, Lancaster College will host this summer's Contact Football Camp in Pennsylvania.
Darwin Breaux, one of the most successful coaches in Dickinson's long football history, returns in 2007 as camp director. Darwin recently completed his fourteenth season at the top of the Red Devils' football program. This past season, Darwin led the Red Devils to an 8-3 overall record and their first outright Centennial Conference Championship since 1994. In addition, they also claimed possession of the Little Brown Bucket and the Conestoga Wagon with wins over Gettysburg and Franklin & Marshall.
Overall in 14 seasons, Darwin has compiled an overall record of 87-56-1 (record for most wins in school history) and has led the Red Devils to the playoffs four times, including this past year. Breaux joined the Dickinson football staff in 1989 as offensive coordinator. In addition to those duties, he headed up the team's recruiting. Breaux took over as head coach before the start of the 1993 campaign and led the Red Devils to a berth in the ECAC Southwest Region Championship game. His 1994 team put together a school record 10-0 season and earned an NCAA Playoff appearance. For his efforts, he was named the AFCA South Region Coach of The Year. During his time at Dickinson, Breaux has coached 16 All-Americans.
Before coming to Dickinson, Breaux was an assistant football coach at Gettysburg College, as well as serving as the Bullets' head golf and wrestling coach. He also served as a graduate assistant at West Chester University, and coached at two high schools in his home state of Louisiana. A 1977 graduate of West Chester University, Breaux was a four-year member of the university's football squad and was a member of the golf team.
